Jeanna, congratulations on your recovery from symptomatic rabies. I saw a very good documentary on your case on Discovery Channel several years ago. Unfortunately, DC never repeats this doc, despite the fact that DC repeats most of its programming over and over. Yours is a wonderful story of faith, family and medical science. You were blessed by the Lord! I hope things have gone well for you since the doc was filmed.

Wow, I am so happy that you made it! Maybe the mercy that you showed the poor sick creature was repaid to you. Don't touch another wild animal, though!

Hi Jeanna, we've been hearing about you since 2004, and have found your story very inspiring. You had the courage to help a helpless animal; your doctor had the courage to propose an untried cure; your parents had the courage to say, "OK". Until we found this page we didn't know whether you had really and completely recovered. Glad you are doing well! We're still a little afraid of bats though... :o)
